Nelda McKee

Arnelda ‘Nelda’ Ray McKee, 79 of the Savannah Lakes Community, wife of Paul Andrew McKee, died Thursday, October 10, 2024, at her home. She was born in San Francisco, CA to the late Raymond Arnold and Margaret Cushin McKee.

Nelda was employed for many years as a paralegal for the law firm of Spiller, McProud and Butz in Nevada City. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

In addition to her parents, Nelda was preceded in death by her daughter, Lauren Arthur.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Paul, of the home; two grandsons, Nathan Arthur and Aidan Arthur, both of Grass Valley, CA; brother, David Gerken of Agness, OR; and sister, Ginger C. O’Reilly of San Francisco, CA.
