Casey Christine Brown

Casey Christine Brown, 31, of Calhoun Falls, died Friday, October 14, 2016 at her residence. She was the beloved daughter of Wayne L. 'Scooter' Brown and the late Robbie Mabry Brown. Casey, a 2003 graduate of Abbeville High, was of the Baptist faith. She worked at Doolittle's restaurant in Abbeville, Belk Simpson Store and for a short time at Mohawk Industries in Calhoun Falls. A generous, loving and compassionate person, Casey found happiness in her children and spending time with her family. The Brown family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Robert Todd, nurses and staff of the Hospice Care of the Piedmont and two special caregivers, Aunt Kathy Hall and Aunt Barbie Nance. Casey is survived by her three children, Andrew, Alana and Alaura of the home; her father, Scooter Brown; a sister, Haley Brown; two brothers, Jeremy Brown (Carol) and Troy L. Brown (Sarah); a nephew, Dayton Shaw; two nieces, Kaiya Simpson and Carrisa Brown and loving uncles, aunts and extended family and friends. A service to Celebrate Casey's Life will be 3:00PM Monday, October 17, 2016 in the Harris Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Alvin Hodges officiating.
