Claire I Palmer

Claire I. Palmer, 88, of Abbeville, formerly of Greenwood, died Sunday, March 15, 2015 at the Abbeville Nursing Home. She was born in San Francisco, CA to the late William & Celina Kate Woodcock Barr. Mrs. Palmer retired after 20 years with the M&M Mars Company. She was a patron of the arts, a member of the Republican Women's Club and founder of the Linus Club in Greenwood. She is survived by her daughter, Lynne Cody (Charles) of Abbeville and a son, William Lewis Sorrentino (Mary) of McDonough, GA. All services will be private.
