Dickie Chrisley

Richard John ‘Dickie’ Chrisley, 54, of Abbeville, died Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Roper Hospice Cottage in Mt. Pleasant. He was born August 19, 1967, the son of Sandra Charleen Erwin Giles and Truman Lumpkin.
A 1987 graduate of Abbeville High School, Dickie was previously employed with SCDOT, Beaty Oil and retired from CSX Railroad as an engineer. A Mason and Shriner, he was a member of Clinton Lodge # 3 in Abbeville and Ebenezer United Methodist Church.
Dickie is survived by two daughters, Kelcee Nelson (Carroll) of Ware Shoals and Autumn Chrisley (Bryce Fields) of Abbeville; his parents, Sandra Giles (John) of Greenwood and Truman Lumpkin of Abbeville, brother, Stacy Lumpkin (Renee) of Abbeville; grandson, Hayden Nelson, who was the light of his life; niece and nephew, Sara and Dustin Lumpkin; and special friend, Tonya Boyd of Abbeville and her grandchildren, Maddison, Deklin, Zander, Lilly, Riley and Asher whom he adored.
The family will receive friends 2:00PM - 3:00PM, Tuesday, September 14, 2021, in Ebenezer United Methodist Church fellowship building. Funeral services will begin at 3:30PM in the sanctuary. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
