Emily Johnstone

Emily Johnstone, 93, of the Carlisle Nursing Home, Due West Retirement Center died Thursday, January 27, 2005. She was born on July 23, 1911, in Belfast, Ireland to the late James and Elizabeth Gillies Johnstone. Miss. Johnstone was retired from the Boeing Aerospace Company in Cape Canaveral, FL. and was a member of the Due West A.R.P. Church. She is survived by her two brothers, Jim Johnstone of Australia, and John Johnstone of England, nephew, John Orchard and wife Irene of Ireland, relatives and friends in Ireland, Australia, and England and friends, Carolyn and Hillard Allen of Due West, SC. A memorial service will be held 5:00PM, Friday, January 28, 2005 in the Horton Lounge at the Due West Retirement Center. Burial will be 1:00PM, Monday, January 31, 2005 in the Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, FL. Harris Funeral Home, of Abbeville is assisting the Johnstone family.
