Floyd Link Uldrick, 64, of Abbeville, husband of Wilma Braswell Uldrick, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the Hospice House in Greenwood. He was born in Abbeville County to Sara Link Uldrick and the late William Perrin Uldrick. Link retired from the Department of Natural Resources after 25 years of devoted service. He was a member of Warrenton Presbyterian Church and a devoted husband, father and grandfather. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother Samuel B. Uldrick. Surviving Link is his wife of 46 years of the home; his mother of Abbeville; two daughters, Rhonda Amber and her husband Jay of Bethlehem, PA and Amy Andrews and her husband Ed of Hodges, SC; a son, Jason Link Uldrick and his wife Carolyn of Greer, SC; a sister, Susan U. Slay and her husband Tommy of Abbeville; six grandchildren, Catherine, John, Will, Trace, Matt and Mary-Emma. Link also was survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 2:30PM Friday, March 21, 2008 at Warrenton Presbyterian Church, 191 Watts Rd, Abbeville. Funeral services will begin on Friday, March 21, 2008 at 3:00PM in the church, conducted by Dr. Ed Kirkpatrick and Dr. Robert Todd. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with the Department of Natural Resources presenting honors. The family is at the residence.
