Frances "Frankie" Willoughby Bryant, 64, of Elberton, GA, wife of William "Pete" Bryant, Jr., died Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at her home. She was born in Lowndesville, SC to the late Pete Willoughby and Sara Boles Willoughby. Mrs. Bryant was a member of Lowndesville Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was avid gardener, her passion was working in her flower beds and planting and harvesting fresh vegetables. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Butch and Jake Willoughby; a sister, Ruth Fowler; and a grand-daughter, Jenna Dunn. Mrs. Bryant is survived by her husband of 23 years of the home; two sons, Rodney O'Neal Dunn and his wife Kristina of Iva, SC and Richard Dean Waters and his wife Tonya of Abbeville, SC; a daughter, Wendi Melissa Waters of Iva, SC; a sister, Barbara Green and her husband Jerry of Iva, SC; sixteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 2:30PM Friday, June 19, 2015 in Lowndesville Pentecostal Holiness Church. Funeral Services will begin at 3:00 PM in the church sanctuary with Rev. Scotty Willoughby officiating. Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery. The family is at the home of Barbara and Jerry Green in Iva, SC.
