Judy Cutter Norman

Judith ‘Judy’ Cutter Norman, 70, of Abbeville, wife of the late George Randall ‘Peewee’ Norman, died Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at The Carriage House of Taylors.  She born in Abbeville to the late Theodore ‘TJ’ Jackson Cutter and Ruby James Cutter.

Judy attended Calhoun Falls High School.  Throughout her life, she found joy in the simple things that brought beauty to the world.  Judy had a deep appreciation for flowers and the beach.  Watching red birds brought a smile to her face.  Animals also held a special place in her heart, their companionship providing her with comfort and unconditional love.  Judy’s memory will forever be treasured by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Cutter and Jerry Cutter.

Judy is survived by her three sons, Jamie Gable, Corey Gable (Lacey) and Adam Gable (Amanda), all of Abbeville; two brothers, Ronnie Cutter (Cynthia) of Abbeville and Leland Cutter (Georgianna) of Anderson; sister, Dianne McGee (Charles); sister-in-law, Frances Perry Cutter, all of Abbeville; five grandchildren, Robert Tiller, J.R. Gable, Skylar Gable, Natalie Gable (Jacob Adams) and Jackson Gable; and five great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Judy’s life will be 2:00PM, Sunday, April 7, 2024, in Harris Funeral Home chapel.  The family will receive friends following the service.
