Karen Rena McNatt

Karen Rena McNatt, 41, of Abbeville, died Friday, September 20, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born in Abbeville, SC to Wanda Lisa McNatt. 

Karen was a proud 2004 graduate of Abbeville High School and devoted supporter of the Abbeville Panthers. You could always brighten Karen’s day by asking her to read the Jungle Book. 

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, James Irvin McNatt, Sr. 

Karen is survived by her mother, Wanda, of the home; two brothers, Phillip A. (Rebecca) Copelan and James Benjamin Copelan all of Abbeville; four nieces and nephews, Alexis Copelan, Jordan Copelan, James Benjamin Copelan, Jr., and Cassandra Kay Copelan. 

Funeral services will be 10:00AM, Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Harris Funeral Home, Abbeville Chapel. Graveside services will be 4:00PM, Wednesday in West Hill Cemetery, W. Emery St., Dalton, GA 30720.

The family extends their sincere appreciation to Dr. Oxendine, Dr. Keith Scott and the nurses at the Abbeville Area Healthcare Center for the care and support shown Karen and her family.
