Kelsey "Glowie" Granger, 17, of the Antreville Community, daughter of Shane and Amy Granger, died Monday, July 6, 2015 due to an automobile accident. Kelsey was a 2015 graduate of Dixie High School and a member of the Bands of Dixie where she played the flute. She was employed by JC Penney in the Anderson Mall and was a member of Little River Baptist Church. Kelsey will be remembered for her love of animals and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Bobby Joe and Paula Granger and grandmother, Judy Simpson; great-grandfather, Buck Loner; and great-grandmother, Irene Parnell. Kelsey is survived by her parents of the home; her sister, Kattie Granger of Antreville; maternal grandparents, Steve and Charlene Parnell of Antreville, great-grandmother, Frances Loner; great-grandfather, James D. Parnell, Sr.; a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins; and special cousin, Courtney Howell. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, Thursday, July 9, 2015, at Harris Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM, Friday, July 10, 2015 in Little River Baptist Church with Rev Garrett Hart and Rev. Joseph Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
