Nancy M. Barnette

Nancy Hall Barnette, 81, of Abbeville, wife of the late Jonathan Leo Barnette, died Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the Lakelands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Abbeville. She was born in Abbeville to the late William Calvin and Fannie Mae Williams Hall.

Nancy attended Abbeville County Schools. She was an enthusiastic Clemson Tiger Fan, who demonstrated a deep pride for her team by wearing her orange and purple especially on game days.

Nancy is survived by her cousins and many extended family and friends. 

A private family service will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Harris Funeral Home, Abbeville Chapel. There will be a . private burial in Long Cane Cemetery.

Memorial contributions, in memory of Nancy, may be sent to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont, 408 W. Alexander Ave., Greenwood, SC 29646.
