Olivia Kay Mouchet, 66, wife of the late Paul Mouchet, of the Antreville Community, died Sunday, November 25, 2018 at her home. She was born in Anderson to the late Robert and Annie Lou Huskey Kay.
Mrs. Mouchet was a graduate of Dixie High School and attended Clemson University and the University of Georgia. She was employed as a church secretary, as well as in the administration office in the dental business. Many happy hours were spent gardening and decorating the family home. Her most important role in life was that of “Mama” and later as “Mammaw.” Mrs. Mouchet was a member of First Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Julia Lynn Kay.
Mrs. Mouchet is survived by her two daughters, Tara Shaver (David) and Kristen Keener; three grandchildren, Ava-Olivia, Julia and Marcus Shaver, all of Antreville and a wide circle of extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends 3:00PM – 4:00PM, Thursday, November 29, 2018 in the First Creek Baptist Church fellowship hall. A Service to Celebrate Olivia’s Life will begin at 4:00PM in the church sanctuary with the Rev. Brandon McManus and Rev. Donnie Murdock officiating.
