Paula Cook Hazlewood Graham

Paula Cook Hazelwood Graham, 78, of Calhoun Falls, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016 at the Hospice House in Greenwood, SC. She was born in Calhoun Falls, SC to the late Richard and Rosa Laurene Cook Hazelwood. She was a retired LPN and a member of the Second and First Baptist Church in Hamlet, NC. Mrs. Graham is survived by her son, John Edward Graham, Jr; two daughters, Tracy McLean and Katrina Hidy; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; a loyal companion 'Lucy' and a her special caregiver Ms. Joyce Simpson of Abbeville. All services will be private.
