Pauline Plank Wagler

Pauline Plank Wagler was born July 17, 1952 in Virginia Beach, VA., the daughter of Isaac and Amanda Yoder Plank. She gained her eternal reward on October 11, 2004, at the age of 52 in her residence 110 Cochran Rd. Abbeville, following a 9 month battle with cancer. She accepted Christ in her youth and was a member of the Whispering Pines Mennonite Church. She remained faithful until her death. On March 20, 1970, she was united in marriage to John Eli Wagler, in Montezuma, GA. They lived in Holy Matrimony for 34 years. Surviving along with her husband John, are four children, Theresa Otto and her husband Phil of Hartwell, GA., Kevin Wagler and his wife Kim of Abbeville, Janice Peeler of Travelers Rest, SC., and Terence Wagler and his wife Pheobe of Hillsville, VA., eleven grandchildren, six sisters, and four brothers. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Carol and a brother, George Plank. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 6:00PM to 8:00PM Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at the Whispering Pines Mennonite Church. Funeral services will be 10:00AM Thursday, October 14, 2004 in the church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
