Peggy "Campbell" Cann

Peggy Campbell Cann, 85, wife of Billy Tate Cann, of Calhoun Falls died Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at NHC in Mauldin. She was born in Calhoun Falls to the late James T. and Estelle Steadman Campbell.

A 1952 graduate of Calhoun Falls High School, Mrs. Cann held her children and grandchildren close to her heart.  She cherished her entire family and many friends.  This love was returned by everyone who had the privilege of knowing Mrs. Cann.  She was a faithful member of Northside Baptist Church, Calhoun Falls.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cann was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis C. Canfield.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Billy, of the home; a son, Greg Cann, of Greenville; a daughter, Allison C. Rochelle (Charles), of Simpsonville; and two grandchildren, Jonathan Rochelle of Greer and Matthew Rochelle of Calhoun Falls.

The family will receive friends 1:30PM – 2:30PM, Sunday, November 3, 2019 in Northside Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.  Funeral services will begin at 2:45PM in the church sanctuary with Rev. Dewayne Lambeth, Mr. Lee Garrett and Mr. John Elingburg officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
