Pete Peeler

Henry G. ‘Pete’ Peeler, Jr., 81, formerly of Spartanburg, SC, husband of the late Myra Bosler Peeler, died Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Prisma Health Greer Memorial Hospital.  He was born in Greenwood, SC to the late Henry Grady Peeler, Sr. and Ruth Anderson Peeler. 

Pete, a 1961 graduate of Abbeville High School,  attended Erskine College and honorably served his country in the SC Army National Guard.   He retired after many years of dedicated service from QS/1 Data Systems in Spartanburg, SC as a computer software salesman.  Following retirement, Pete relocated to the Savannah Lakes Community in McCormick, SC where he enjoyed playing golf, boating, fishing and spending time with family. 

Pete is survived by his two daughters, Allison Jones (Paul) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Daphne Necciai (Bill) of Greenville, SC; a sister, Janice Peeler McMahan of Greenwood, SC; three grandchildren, Mackenzie Jones Mason (Parker), Peyton Jones (Madisyn) and Lillie Ann Necciai. 

Graveside services will be held 2:00PM, Wednesday, May 1, 2024, in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 2699 Hwy 72 W, Abbeville, SC 29620 with Mr. Tim Hodges officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
