Richard 'Dick' Guy Falk

Richard ‘Dick’ Guy Falk, 87, of the Savannah Lakes Village, SC, husband of Sandra Foster Falk, died Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC. He was born August 27, 1936, in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Guy Otto Falk and Katherine Drummond Falk.

A proud alumnus of Parma High School in Ohio, Dick furthered his education by attending Miami University in Oxford, OH where he continued his love of playing baseball. He led a successful sales career spanning 24 years in the steel tubing industry, followed by 12 years with Amoco Oil in Orlando, FL, where he retired. Beyond his professional career, Dick was known for his passion for golfing. He spent many hours on the course perfecting his game and enjoying the camaraderie of friends and fellow enthusiasts. In addition to golf, Dick found pleasure in cheering for the Cleveland Browns football team.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Sandra; son, Michael Falk (Roxanne) of Louisville, KY; two daughters, Kathleen Stewart of Elburn, IL and Stacy Petrus (Steven) of Woodstock, GA; seven grandchildren, Nathan, Nicholas, Matthew (Lindsy), Emily, Annalise, Shelby and Spencer; and four great-grandchildren, Logan, Kellan, Greyson and Rosalie.

The family is receiving friends from 2:00PM – 4:00PM, Saturday, August 3, 2024, at the family residence, 221 Little River Drive, McCormick, SC 29835. A private family service will be held at an earlier time.
