Ryleigh Grace Shaw

Ryleigh Grace Shaw, 22, of Calhoun Falls, died Monday, May 29, 2023 as a result of a car accident. She was born in Greenwood, the daughter of Terry Shaw and the late Shelly Brown Scott.

Ryleigh, a 2019 graduate of the Calhoun Falls Charter School, studied cosmetology at Charzanne Beauty College. Until her sudden passing, she was happily employed at Anderson Tractor Supply where she found joy in working with animals. She had an infectious smile and personality that endeared her to all those she came in contact with.  She was eagerly anticipating motherhood.

Ryleigh is survived by her father Terry Shaw (Janice) of Greenwood; siblings Matthew Scott, Tammy Lynn Diane, Kathy Shaw, T.J. Cole, Christopher D. Shaw, Alden Shaw, Addy Shaw, Shannon Provan and Michelle Woodard; and her much-loved cousin Jacob Carroll. Additionally surviving Ryleigh are her dog Eve, the father of her anticipated child Chase Smith, uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.

A service to celebrate Ryleigh's life will be Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 4:00 PM in the Harris Funeral Home Chapel located at 302 N. Main St., Abbeville with Mr. Dale Allen officiating. Family and friends will greet one another immediately after the service.

The family is receiving visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Shaw, 102 Columbia Ave., Greenwood SC 29646.
