Shirley M. Milhoan, 79, of the Savannah Lakes Village, wife of Howard J. Milhoan, died Monday, February 27, 2017 at her residence. She was born December 8, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan at Providence Hospital, the daughter of the late Leonard and Virginia Tenbusch. A 1955 graduate of St. Stephens High School in Port Huron, Michigan, Shirley received her BA degree in Business from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She retired after 35 years of service as a credit manager with Peerless Cement Company and was a member of the Credit Managers Association. For the past 15 years, Shirley and her husband have been residents of the Savannah Lakes Village and parishioners of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Edward Wolschleger and sister-in-law, Barbara Tenbusch. Shirley is survived by her husband, Howard, of 47 years; a daughter, Carrie Phillips of McCormick, SC; granddaughter, Ashlie (Mitchell) Miller of Grain Valley, MO and great-granddaughter, Charlotte Sharrock; two brothers, Larry Tenbusch of Cocoa Beach, FL, his children, Stacie Willis and Lyn (Mark) Terry and their son, Jackson Howard Terry; James (Sue) Wolschleger of York, PA, their children, Angie (Jorge) Alvarez, Stephanie (Alex) Rios, and Laura (Ben) Gilkey; a sister, LuAnn (Mike) Beebe of McCormick, SC, their children, Jennifer Beebe and Justin (Elizabeth) Beebe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:30 AM, Friday, March 3, 2017 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 1401 Greenwood Hwy., McCormick, SC 29835 with Rev. Father Robert Sayer officiating.
