Susan "Williams" Partridge

Susan Williams Partridge, 59, of Calhoun Falls, wife of Doug ‘Quail Bird’ Partridge, died Sunday, December 15, 2019 surrounded by her family at Self Regional Healthcare. She was born in Abbeville to the late Eddie ‘Buddy’ and Irene Shiflet Williams.

Susan worshipped at Northside Baptist Church. She enjoyed working and seeing friends at the Plez U in Calhoun Falls. Her greatest joy was being a Nana to her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Williams and a sister, Kathy Williams Manning.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, ‘Quail Bird’; a son, Doug Partridge (Annah Hill) of Calhoun Falls; a daughter, Misty P. Patterson (Brian Bruce) of Abbeville; a brother, Eddie Williams (CJ) of Lowndesville; two sisters, Rebekah Parnell (Aubrey) of Calhoun Falls and Ruthey Pitts (Bob) of Elberton, GA; three grandchildren, Will, Drew and Hanna Patterson; a grandson on the way, Drake, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 2:00PM – 3:00PM, Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Harris Funeral Home, Calhoun Falls Chapel. A service to celebrate Susan’s life will follow at 3:00PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dewayne Lambeth and Mr. Daniel Shaw officiating.

The family is at the home of Mr. And Mrs. Aubrey Parnell in Calhoun Falls.
