Viola “Bunch” Moore Watt, 77, the widow of George Watt, died on Friday, November 5, 2021, at her home.
Viola Moore Watt was born on June 12, 1944, in Abbeville, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late James and Reola Haskell Moore. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Wendy L. Watt Martin and a daughter-in-law, Gloria Belcher Moore.
Our hearts are saddened at the loss of our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend; however, we look to God with grateful hearts for the love and light she shared with us throughout her life.
Viola worked at the Abbeville County Hospital as a dietician for 32 years. She received a certificate in practical nursing, supervisory management and a degree in cosmetology from Charzanne Beauty College. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Abbeville.
She leaves to cherish her memories, one daughter, Evelyn (Andrew) Harris; two sons, Edgar (Gloria) Moore and Anthony Moore; two grandchildren reared in the home, Adrienne (Bobby) Moore and Jessica Moore; one sister, Annie Moore Burton; a son-in-law, Johnny Martin; ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a host of cousins and friends.
Graveside services will be 2:00PM Monday, November 8, 2021, in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
